A builder goes to the doctor complaining that it has been a week since he took a dump. The doctor asks him to drop his trousers so he can take a look. "Ahhh" says the doc "I can see the problem, here sit on this tin bucket" The builder does a s the doc says then the doc dissappears from the room and comes back with a big lump hammer and smacks the builder on the arse with it. As soon as he hits there is an instant bucket full of crap.

"Wow" Says the builder "thanks doc" the doctor replies "No problem but stop wiping your arse with cement bags at work!"
