Shows Available From Garry Desmond
Garry currently has four choices of show available. His three stand up shows and his comedy vocal show. Full details on the shows below:

Comedy Vocal Show

The comedy vocal show is a mixture of stand up, comedy songs and normal songs from the 50's 60's 70's and a few from recent years. The comedy songs are typically rewrites of famous songs which audiences love. There will also be impressions and a little audience participation just to keep things moving.

The comedy vocal show can be either three half hour spots or two 45 min spots.

Prices according to distance and night of the week contact Garry for details. The comedy vocal show will be cheaper than the full stand up shows.

Stand Up Shows

These come in three varieties depending on your needs:

The Blue Show
A word of warning here BLUE IS BLUE!!!  There is bad language and lots of explicit sexual reference. This is not a show for the feint hearted it is funny but VERY RUDE please call Garry for more info on this show if you have any doubts.

Adult Shows
The material for these shows is not so sexual in nature just good cheeky comedy delivered with a little bad language for effect. This show is for adult only audiences.

There are two completely different shows enabling two shows per year at each venue without repetition.

Family Shows
The family shows have no swearing and no sexual content within the stand up. However they ARE quite cheeky, they may contain a few near the knuckle jokes aimed to go over the kids heads. These shows have been performed for various tour companies including Thompsons, Airtours, JMC, First Choice and others during Garry's 15 years in Gran Canaria. The thing to bear in mind is that stand up is stand up, Garry is not a children's entertainer but working in Gran Canaria for so many years has become an expert at getting the cheeky stuff over the children's heads.

This show is the most suitable for working mens clubs with language restrictions. There are two completely different shows enabling two shows per year at each venue without repetition.

The stand up shows will typically include an opening song, a comedy song in the middle and a comedy song at the end. This of course depends on the venue and suitability.

Stand up shows are 45 mins to 1 hour in length. Please bear in mind that stand up requires the full attention of an audience, therefore these shows are limited to clubs and some holiday park venues, they do not work well in pubs unless your audience is used to seeing comedians in your venue.
